The roads in Cornwall are narrow and some are better than others. If you are coming from the East, about 15 minutes away from Polruan, Google Maps will advise you to take the right-hand turn via Pont. We advise that you DO NOT do this, it is better to follow the signs for Polruan. Although Google Maps directions think it is quicker, the road is very narrow with few passing places. It is better to follow the road signs.
